Originally from North Carolina, Mr. Allshouse attended both college and law school in the State. While in law school, Mr. Allshouse aided in the drafting of an amicus curiae brief sent to the United States Supreme Court in Uzuegbunam, et al. v. Preczewski, et al., 141 S.Ct. 792 (2021), and took active leadership roles in the Student Bar Association.
After graduation, Mr. Allshouse began his legal career in Maryland as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen M. Dean in the Wicomico and Dorchester County Circuit Courts. After completing his clerkship, Mr. Allshouse joined Brault Graham where he handles a wide array of civil litigation.
